FREYA JONES-ERIKSSON
ABOUT:
Freya's mission is to treat the root cause of injuries for all patients, using an active, holistic approach and a variety of techniques. She specializes in treating new and nagging injuries as well as trans & non-binary concerns including pre & post-operative rehab for gender-affirming surgeries while creating a safe and inclusive environment for all patients. Treatments include a mixture of hands on soft tissue work, assisted stretching, and exercise.
Freya has experience working with a variety of sports including Football, Hockey, Field Hockey, Rugby, and Volleyball. She brings this knowledge to her rehab ensuring clients can return to their activity demands stronger than before.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor of Kinesiology @ the University of Toronto, Honours Bachelor Athletic Therapy @ Sheridan College, Diploma in Massage Therapy @ the Royal Canadian College of Massage.
