Gold Standard is a one-hour strength & conditioning training class centred around Functional Body Building (FBB) programming to help you reach your fitness goals with a strong foundation.

Gold Standard focuses on building muscle, and improving joint strength and stability as well as increasing cardiovascular capacity. BUNS OF GOLD

You know what's better than buns of steel? Buns of gold! Learn how to activate your glutes and train them using dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells. By training glutes you’ll not only look and feel amazing, but improve your posture, power and reduce any pain related to weak glutes. This class is a win-win!
