Eight people.
One coach.
No hiding.
Most gyms in this city sell you a room. We sell you a coach who knows your name, your numbers and your bad shoulder. Drag the slider and watch what that actually costs.

Solid Gold is eight offers wearing one price tag.
Every line below is something you can buy somewhere in this city, including from us, at the price shown. We put them in one membership because splitting them up was making people worse at training.
$199.50 biweekly, two payments a month. Or $4,389 for the year across 22 payments, which skips four payments entirely.
Start Solid Gold Book a tour firstShow up three times a week for ninety days. Or we work for free.
Every gym says results. Almost none of them will tell you what happens if you don't get any. Here is ours, in plain language, with the conditions stated up front instead of buried.
The Ninety Day Word
Train with us three or more times a week for ninety days, log your sessions in the app, and hit your check-ins. If your tracked numbers haven't moved, you don't buy another thing from us until they do. We coach you free, one-to-one, until you get there.
Not a refund. Refunds let us off the hook. This keeps us on it.
Full terms at signup. Your measurable goals are defined in writing at your assessment session, so "results" means the numbers you and your coach chose, not a mood.
All of it, side by side, nothing hidden in a footnote.
Select an option. The panel updates with what's in it, what isn't, and whether we'd honestly recommend it for how you train.
The maths picks for you. We just agreed to publish it.
Set how often you'll actually train. Not aspirationally. The number that wins turns gold. If a pack beats the membership at your frequency, the page will say so, because arguing with arithmetic is a bad sales strategy.
Same money. Wildly different room.
Published prices from nearby studios, converted to a monthly equivalent where they quote weekly. We've left their pricing exactly as they state it. The column that matters most is the one on the right.

Forty-five minutes. Thirty-six people. One instructor.
Picture that room honestly. A stopwatch running, a timer on the wall, and one coach trying to watch three dozen people move under load at the same time.
Nobody is checking whether your back rounds on rep eight. Nobody is loading your bar differently because of the shoulder you wrecked in 2019. Nobody notices you compensating, because compensating is invisible unless somebody is actually looking at you. That isn't a knock on the instructor. There are simply too many of you, and forty-five minutes is not enough time.
This is how people spend two years working hard and getting nowhere, and it's how a lot of them end up in physio instead.
Eight is the number where a coach can still see you. It's the point where your set can be loaded differently from the person beside you, where your form gets corrected on the rep that matters, and where somebody notices the day you're moving badly. Eight costs us far more to staff than thirty-six. We pay it every single class, because it is the entire product.
Small room. Real coaching. A body that still works in ten years.
Two front doors. Both of them coached.
Jumpstart
For people whose last real training block was a while ago, or never.
Personal assessment and goal-setting kickoff, all-access small-group training, weekly coach check-ins, ICYHOT access, plus the guidebook and nutrition guide. Built so week four feels different from week one in a way you can measure.
Start JumpstartRebuild
For people coming back from an injury, a break, or a long bad year.
Same structure, different starting point. We work around what hurts instead of pretending it doesn't, and we build the capacity back before we chase the numbers.
Start RebuildBuy two months. Take the third for free.
Pay two months up front and the third one costs you nothing. No catch, no conversion trick, no surprise renewal at a different rate. It runs on both memberships.
B2GO Solid Gold
B2GO Open Gym
Twelve weeks is also, conveniently, exactly long enough for the ninety day guarantee to apply.
Or just try a class freeYour gym. Your programme. Your hours. Nobody counting reps at you.
Some people don't want a class. They want a good room, real equipment, space to work, and to be left alone. That's a legitimate way to train and we built an entire membership for it.
$199 a month. Or $2,189 for the year across 22 payments.
Honest note: most people who start on Open Gym move up to Solid Gold within a few months, usually the first time they want a set of eyes on a lift. But if you already know exactly how you like to train, this is the best room in the neighbourhood at this price, and we're not going to talk you out of it.
Start Open Gym Come see the spaceEverything you're about to think, answered before you close the tab.
It's more expensive than the other gyms near me.
Compared to a treadmill and a key fob, yes, wildly. Compared to what's actually on this page, no. Academy of Lions is $350+ for large classes and very limited approval-gated open time. Fuel runs $450+. F45 Parkdale's month-to-month works out around $325. Solid Gold is $399 and includes unlimited open gym and recovery that none of them offer at all. You're not paying more for the same thing.
I don't think I'll come often enough to justify it.
Then don't buy it yet. Seriously. Below three sessions a week, a pack or Semi-Gold is cheaper and we'll tell you so on the phone. Use the calculator above, it's built to give you that answer honestly. Start with a free class or a tour, and move to a membership when the habit is real.
I'm not fit enough to start.
Eight-person cap exists precisely for this. Your coach can load your set differently from the person next to you, which is impossible in a room of thirty-six. Rebuild and Jumpstart are both built for people starting from zero or from injury. Nobody here is watching you. They're busy.
What if I get hurt?
Our coaches are qualified, experienced, and looking at eight people instead of thirty-six. That's not a marketing line, it's a staffing decision we pay for every class. Every member starts with a 1:1 assessment so we know your history before you touch a barbell, and the programming is adjusted around what hurts rather than over it.
I travel for work.
You get the programming and the app wherever you are, and your coach is reachable between sessions. Holds are available: two weeks minimum, two months maximum, one month between holds. No membership on earth survives a schedule you can't pause.
Locked into a contract?
No. Two weeks' notice to cancel, that's the whole commitment. You can move up and down between tiers as your life changes. The annual option exists if you want to save four payments, and the packs exist if you want zero commitment at all.
Can I just do open gym and figure it out myself?
Yes, and plenty of people do at $99.50 biweekly. It's a genuinely good deal if you already know how you like to train, and it's the whole section above. What you won't get is coaching in the room. Most people who start there upgrade within a few months. We're fine either way.
Is the guarantee real or is it marketing?
It's real, which is why it has conditions. Three sessions a week, logged, with check-ins and an agreed nutrition baseline. A guarantee without minimum effort isn't a guarantee, it's a lottery ticket. Meet the conditions and don't get results, and we coach you free until you do. Full terms are shown before you pay, not after.
The smaller options. They exist. They're just not as good.
We'd rather list these honestly than pretend they don't exist. Each one is a real product with real value. Each one also has a ceiling that most people hit by month two.
Limited memberships
Semi-Gold
Includes the full programming, app, video library, tracking and coach support, plus discounted ICYHOT. A genuinely good fit if you train exactly twice a week. Solid Gold removes the ceiling entirely for $25 a week more.
Choose Semi-GoldSemi-Open
Two sessions a week, no coaching, no programming. Fifteen dollars more biweekly makes it unlimited.
Choose Semi-OpenClass passes
Passes don't include programming or app access, ICYHOT access, or free entry to member events and competitions. All packs expire six months from purchase and unused sessions aren't refundable or transferable.
Personal training
Duo, trio and quad sessions available at $175, $205 and $250. Nutrition coaching from $60 per 30 minutes. Twenty-four hours' notice on personal training, or the session is lost.
Or, the honest version
- Training three times a week or more? Solid Gold, without question. It's cheaper per session than every pack on this page and it's the only option covered by the guarantee.
- Twice a week in a class? Semi-Gold is probably your best fit. You still get two open gym sessions a week on top, plus the full programming, app, videos, tracking and coach support. At two classes a week it works out cheaper per session than any pack we sell.
- Less than twice a week, or genuinely unpredictable? Buy a pack. Just know the packs cost more per session than Semi-Gold does, so if there's any chance you'll be regular, the membership is the better call.
- Not a class person at all? Open Gym. Add programming for $29.50 biweekly if you want the structure without the room full of people.
- Worried about picking wrong? Don't be. You can move up or down a tier whenever your life changes, with two weeks' notice. Nobody here gets punished for guessing.
Eight spots. One coach. Your name on the whiteboard.
Start with a free class. No card, no pitch, nobody clapping when you walk in. Or come see the place first and decide after.
The free pass is for people who haven't trained with us before. If the link gives you any trouble, just message us and we'll get you in.
