WHY STAY GOLD?

At Stay Gold, we believe in the transformative power of weightlifting, and physical fitness, but above all else, we value character and community.

Since 2017, our mission has been to create a community that grows together as people first and athletes second.

With this goal in mind, we’re excited to announce the opening of our second location at 3519 Dundas St. W, Open NOW!

None of this would be possible without our community and people like YOU, so we want to show our appreciation with some early bird benefits!
