ABOUT:

As someone diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis—an inflammatory arthritis affecting the spine and SI joints—I know firsthand how transformative strength training can be. Through consistent, mindful training, I’ve been able to put the disease into remission, living pain-free and medication-free. This experience taught me an essential truth: healthy joints are strong joints.
With 15 years of experience teaching fitness, I’m passionate about helping others build strength, resilience, and body awareness. Outside the gym, I work as a college professor, which brings a strong foundation of education and quality instruction into every class I lead. My approach blends movement with learning, focusing on form, purpose, and empowering you to understand your body.
