Who can be a buddy?
Anyone who's new to Stay Gold. If they've trained with us before or already done a Buddy Week, this one isn't for them.
How many friends can I bring?
One friend per member, per Buddy Week. Choose wisely.
Do they need to be fit already?
No. Every class is coached and scaled, with 8 people max. Beginners are exactly who this is for.
Which gym?
Either, or both. Brock Ave and Dundas West are both included all week.
What happens after the week?
If they love it and join within a week after Buddy Week ends, their second month is free. They pick their start date. Just message us.
When's the next Buddy Week?
