You get to be the boss of your workout, book your exclusive time slot, choose your own adventure and play with our top-notch equipment without anyone telling you what to do. Our doors are open, and the possibilities are endless indoors and outdoors! Want to lift some weights, run on the treadmill, or climb a rope? Go for it! Just be sure to share your toys and clean up after yourself when you're done. Come on in and make the gym your personal playground!

  • Yes, we've got you covered after a sweaty workout! Freshen up with our on-site showers and feel like a million bucks.

  • Woof, yes you can! We welcome well-behaved pups as long as they are on a leash and under your watchful eye.

  • Absolutely! Park for FREE in the many lots surrounding us or on the surrounding streets and walk in with a pep in your step.
